I know, and this cactus is so unusual too. or at least I think so. I mean, it looks alien-like sometimes, the way it grows...long flat chains of leaves (if that's what you even call them). and watching a new leaf grow from the very tip of the old one...odd I say!
that is beautiful. I had a huge cactus once that had big white feathery blooms. Cacti have some of the prettiest flowers.
