pumpkin parfaits

As the holidays continue onward, I have a few more Christmases to celebrate. For Christmas dinner with my Dad tonight, I tried this new recipe. They look quite delicious!

    oh so delicious looking! john loves pumpkin, so i'm thinkin i may have to serve these up soon.

    they look especially good against that orange backdrop!!
