I'm back!

I know it's been a long time since I've last blogged, or blogged regularly, but I needed the break.

Lately, I've had the urge to start blogging again. It is something I enjoyed doing, but I guess I was too hard on myself and the fun was taken out of it.

So I want to keep it simple and fun. Blog when I feel the urge to blog and share with you all the things that I'm doing - like growing another baby, cooking, and crafting. Oh, and chasing around an almost 2 year old.

Hey everyone!

You all might notice a change around here, but I moved most of the baby/pregnancy stuff to a new blog (private) - mainly for family to keep up with all the baby news, etc.

I figured since all I was posting about was baby, it was getting a little boring around here. So I'm going to attempt to keep two blogs - one for baby and one for all the things I'm liking (and maybe the occasional baby post).

So thanks to my very few readers that stuck with me through all the baby stuff. I hope to provide a little more excitement around here.

Blogging and photos have been light lately due to Gray baby, but now they'll especially be light because Abby Normal made my laptop put Shaun White's signature move - the Double McTwist 1260 - to shame. and so my computer screen now could be Radiohead's new album cover.

giving thanks

I'm going to try and start a new series called giving thanks. The series will include things I'm particularly thankful for or things that just made me smile/happy on that given day.
1. The vase of tulips awaiting for me when I got home.
2. and the fact that I have a loving husband who gets a huge joy out of celebrating monthly anniversaries.
3. My best friend, and M.O.H., got engaged!
4. Knowing that I can go to work everyday and have a good few laughs with my co-workers.

a new layout

I modified my layout - added picture links for my wedding vendors in case anyone wants information about the vendors I used.

(I wasn't able to add a link for my florist and ceremony musician. My gorgeous flowers were done by a family friend and my musician was found through Emory's School of Music. Contact me if you're interested in finding a local musician - she plays violin and her husband plays piano).

a fraction of love

I have decided to give the blog a new name (but keeping the same url). I thought it deserved a name a little more interesting. A while back, my m.o.h. showed me a piece of art work entitled 'a fraction of love' and the math major in me fell in love. It has kind of served as our inspiration for our invitation suite as well.
