My favorite salsa has to be the mango salsa from Black Cat Burrito, one of my most favorite restaurants in Boone, NC. I get cravings for their delicious burritos often and it makes me miss Boone even more. If you're ever in the area, it's a must try restaurant.With that said, I'm going to have to try this mixed stone fruit salsa. It looks delicious and will hopefully hit the spot when I'm in need of some Black Cat.
