Sadly we don't get many trick-or-treaters at our house, so I won't be passing out too much candy this year.

-watch some of the world series
-take care of Miss Abby (she got spayed)
-go mattress shopping!!!

-hopefully go see Where the Wild Things Are
-start planning Christmas shopping
-watch game 6 of the ALCS
-visit Dad's on Sunday
I can't believe tomorrow's high is only supposed to be 55. I love the colder months, but it seems to be coming awfully fast!
Any plans for the weekend? I plan to hang low this weekend. Not too exciting.

-buy Season 4 of How I Met Your Mother
-watch baseball
-write two thank you notes
-clean kitchen
and I triple ♥ long weekends. I took Friday off so that T and I could make a trip to NC to visit family. Every time we go, it makes me miss North Carolina even more. I miss the beautiful seasons, the crisp mountain air, and the relaxed atmosphere.
It happened to be homecoming weekend too. So Saturday we went to Boone and watched the parade. Then did a little shopping. I bought a new nalgene - BPA free! I've always been a little skeptical about using my lexan nalgene, but now they've started to make them BPA free. So I had to buy one!
We drove home Monday only to wake up to another work week. I'm gradually feeling better, but I still have some sick moments. As my 1st trimester comes to a close, I hope to feel better soon.
I hope you guys have a fabulous weekend!! Right now I'm just living for the weekends, since this morning sickness nonsense has gotten the best of me. Yep, that's right! T and I are expecting our first little kiddo in April!

I've secretly been enjoying all of this rain! The soft thunder and flashing lighting just makes for a nice relaxing summer night, perfect for popping in a movie and just chillin' with your sweetie.

T and I will be heading up to NC to visit his family and to celebrate his dad's birthday.
I'm so excited to have a Saturday day with my husband - where we can sleep in and lay in bed together. It seems like the past few Saturdays he's had to work long shifts during the day.
